Yes, you can order checks anytime you want. Just have them start the new set at the number the old set leaves off.

Yes, he can order new checks. I’d shred the ones he’s not going to use though so they don’t fall into the wrong hands.

Absolutley. In fact I had to when I moved. You just use the checks out of order. They will send you the next numbered set of checks. Throw out the old ones.

Yeah he can. Its just not recommended because you are like throwing 20$ away but i guess if he really likes it then go for it! If you get the new checks make sure you cut up the old ones and throw them out. Scammers are bad so cut them up.
